A weekend away in the peaceful surroundings of the Kinglake National Park. Learn to relax the body and quiet the mind with Yoga, Qi Gong, cupping, Meditation.
Where: Kinglake National park : Bowden Spurs Rd, Strathewen.
Cost : for the whole retreat : $350 (include 4 meals) Share room with one other person. $430 single room (maximum 9 people in this retreat)
Depends on the bookings for the whole retreat, there might be possibility of Saturday only session (from 9 am to 8.30 pm): $220 (lunch and dinner) or Sunday only session (from 8 am to 5.30 pm) breakfast and lunch : $180
