Weekly timetable

(1) Wednesday at Montmorency Secondary College:

Last class for 2024 is on December 18th, 2024. First class back for 2025 is on Weds January 29th

6.00 pm - 7.15 pm : Yoga (online or in person attendance)

7.45 pm - 9.00 pm : Yoga (online or in person attendance)

(2) Sunday (weekly online only)

Last class for 2024 is on November 24th, 2024. First class back for 2025 is on January 5th from 4.30 - 5.30 pm.

4.15 pm - 5.30 pm : Mindfulness Yoga (online only)

The in person attendance venue is at Montmorency Secondary College: 7, Dobson Road Montmorency 3094: Building R13 and R14

Detail instruction of the place and how to get there. GPS will most likely take you down to Simms Road, if you do end up at Simms Road where there are lots of factories, you are one street over, go back to Para Road around and turn (right into) Dobson Road where there is a road sign indicating Montmorency Secondary College (Road facing the bicycle shop, Walker wheels in the corner of station, Dobson and Para Road). You can still get to building R13 and R14, if you come in from Simms Road, but you have to walk a long way across the school yard to get there.

All online classes will have only 1 link. If you attend online Yoga please use only this link for any time slots to make it easier inclusive of next year’s classes

Yoga classes : $20 (casual) $18 (concession). Qi Gong classes: $20/$18 (concession).

A block of 10 classes cost $180 (card system in the studio)
For online classes prices are flexible ranges from $10, $18 or $20
